Free Freight Policy

When you order $300- in cleaning supplies in any combination.
All free freight allowances apply within the Continental US Customer's accounts must be current to take advantage of our Free Freight Policy.

Machines accessories, parts and hazardous materials DO NOT qualify for Free Freight. Our free freight policy is subject to change at any time without notification.

Ordering: A live service representative is available Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Online and Fax orders are strongly suggested. We can only guarantee correct shipping if we have your orders in writing.

Shipping: Most orders will be shipped the same day, if they are submitted no later than 1:00 PM. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum on occasion, they do take place. You should expect a phone call from Athena's shipping department no later than 3:30 PM on the day of shipment. All shipments will be sent Fed Ex unless a carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier (truck). Express shipments will be accepted and sent as the customer specifies.

Warranties and Returns: Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found defective within the terms of the warranty. Please call a customer service representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned goods. Special order items in store credit only.

Damage in Shipment: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: UPS Driver, Truck Driver, etc. Please hold onto the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.

Products and Pricing: There are many chemical accessories and parts we sell which are not included on this site or available through our catalog. We will continue to update our materials to include these items. Should you need an item or part not included, give us a call and chances are we will have it in stock or can get it for you.
